Tinjuan Penatalaksanaan Pemberian Informasi Hak dan Kewajiban Pasien oleh Petugas Pendaftaran di Rumah Sakit

Abstract

A patient is a person based on a doctor's examination declared to be suffering from a disease, either physically or mentally and  the most important individual in the hospital. Hospitals are obliged to provide true, clear and honest information about patient rights and obligations. Most patients and/or their families do not understand their rights and obligations. One of the reasons is the registration officer does not provide information about the patient rights and obligations in the general consent form to the patient and/or his family, but they are asked to read the form themselves, so they are often missed and signed immediately.  It is necessary to standardize procedures in an effort to submit information on general consent forms. Education about the rights and obligations of patients needs to be done by placing banners in the patient registration area, providing brochures, or posting them on the hospital website.
