Edukasi Gizi Seimbang di SMA Muhammadiyah 3 Surabaya sebagai Upaya Pencegahan Anemia dan Obesitas pada Remaja

Nutritional problems that occur in adolescents include obesity, anemia, eating disorders, and irregular eating patterns. This method of Community Service activities uses lectures, practices, and question and answer methods. The provision of material on physical activity is done by providing examples of simple activities that can be done at home. Balanced nutrition gives the message that the nutrients consumed every day must be in accordance with the needs of the body by considering food diversification, physical activity, PHBS, and ideal body weight. In this activity, participants followed the whole series of activities with great enthusiasm. Nutrition education by introducing balanced nutrition carried out at SMA Muhammadiyah 3 Surabaya is quite effective in an effort to increase understanding of balanced nutrition and knowledge about physical activity.
