PENDIDIKAN KESEHATAN TENTANG PRILAKU SEKSUAL ANAK USIA SEKOLAH DAN PENCEGAHAN BULLYING

Abstract

Introduction :  Bullying and adolescent mental health are trends and issues that are growing in society. Various efforts have been made to reduce and prevent bullying, especially among school children. Mental health problems are also a problem that requires special attention. These two problems require collaboration between various parties, including schools, communities and nurses. One effort that can be made is health education about preventing bullying problems and optimizing mental health in school children. Health education is an effort to increase knowledge for school children. Objectives : The aim of this community service is to increase school children's knowledge about bullying prevention and the mental health of school-aged children. Method : The methods used are leaflets and flip sheets. The result of this community action is an increase in school children's knowledge about bullying and mental health as measured by an increase in knowledge scores before and after providing education. Result : The results obtained were that 80% of school children showed a significant increase in knowledge from the category of sufficient knowledge to good knowledge and 20% were in moderate knowledge. Conclussion : health education can increase knowledge for school age children for prevent bullying and sexual abuse.
