Journal Ownership

Jurnal Ilmiah Keperawatan (JIKSHT) is owned and published by Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Kesehatan (STIKES) Hang Tuah Surabaya, Indonesia. As the journal's publishing institution, STIKES Hang Tuah Surabaya is responsible for providing institutional support for the journal's publication activities and its long-term development.

The journal serves as an academic platform for disseminating scientific research, scholarly discussions, and evidence-based knowledge in nursing and healthcare. JIKSHT is committed to promoting academic excellence, research integrity, and the advancement of nursing science and professional practice.

Journal Management

The management and day-to-day administration of JIKSHT are coordinated by the Institute for Research and Community Service (Lembaga Penelitian dan Pengabdian Masyarakat) of STIKES Hang Tuah Surabaya.

The Institute is responsible for coordinating the journal's operational and administrative activities, supporting the implementation of editorial policies, maintaining publication workflows, and facilitating the dissemination of published research.

The editorial team is responsible for editorial decisions, manuscript evaluation, peer-review coordination, and ensuring that published articles meet the journal's academic and ethical standards. Editorial decisions are made independently on the basis of scholarly merit, relevance to the journal's scope, methodological quality, and compliance with publication ethics.

The journal's ownership and management structure is intended to support transparent governance, professional editorial practices, and the sustainable development of scholarly publishing.

Editorial Independence

Although JIKSHT is owned and published by STIKES Hang Tuah Surabaya and managed operationally by its Institute for Research and Community Service, editorial decisions are made independently by the journal's editorial team.

The publisher and managing institution do not interfere with editorial decisions based on personal, institutional, commercial, or other non-academic interests. All manuscripts are evaluated according to the journal's editorial policies, peer-review procedures, and publication ethics standards.
